I received the wrong hat, reached out 3-4 times in emails (the only provided form of communication) and got 0 response. It was supposed to be a birthday gift for my brother in law. Wish I could support your business because I love everything about it except the customer service. I understand it’s a small business but if you’re only listed form of communication is an email address, please be more mindful of checking emails from customers. It’s completely turned me off to this company unfortunately as it was a very disheartening experience for me.

wore this hat the first day I got it out fly fishing. Several hours, and a good amount of sweat later, the hat still looked new. Also, as someone with a larger head, this hat fits great!

I sent one hat back for an exchange and I have not received the new one . It’s been a couple of weeks . How can I check on this .
