Bounty Dog Hoodie

I have had such great experiences with Webb Western up until this point and it pains me to leave a negative review but I feel I am out of options due to absolutely being ghosted the past several weeks.
Not only did I NOT receive the sweatshirt… but then I reached out that same day to let them know it wasn’t in the box, and they responded super promptly and said we will get one out on priority and sorry for the inconvenience… weeks later still no sweatshirt and I haven’t gotten a return email (I’ve sent several follow-ups) since they told me they’d get it taken care of. This was a gift for my brother’s birthday that was yesterday, and still no sweatshirt, no refund, no update/response whatsoever. Very very disappointing.
