I recently ordered the antlered copper and green hat but when it arrived I had the wrong hat and in fact I had received two hats. I contacted them and emailed the picture of my order and the hat I had ordered along with the two hats I had received and within a day or two they had notified me that the hat I had originally ordered was on the way. In addition to the quick response and correction of my order they were friendly and understanding.
