I didn’t even receive the hat I ordered above all I got in the box was the random hat that came with it!

Where is my midnight hat

Hello,

I received my order and I’m very satisfied with the hats. However, one item is missing — the Midnight Camo hat was not included in the package.

I’m quite disappointed and would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and send the missing item as soon as possible.

I was excited to get this hat for my son. We discovered this brand and fell in love! I also have the fishing hats with the magnetic on the visor (highly recommend). Anyways, as always this camo hat did not disappoint. However, I bought this hat with a mystery hat deal. I was excited to receive a hat for myself. I was disappointed in the hat that was sent. It was the white hat with the big Texas letters on the front now I have never even seen this hat on the website until now.
This hat also didn’t have the logo we have come to love. It felt random and nothing we would ever wear. We live in Maine given our address for shipping. It felt a bit impersonal. I would not have spent the extra $8.00 for the mystery hat if I thought I would be getting a hat that was never advertised until after that fact. All this being said, we love your hats and I’m buying more today.

I’d rate this higher but I never got my order and iv year to hear back from anyone. I guess being from Canada it don’t matter as long as you got your money
