This hat is for smaller heads. When I reached out to the company to exchange, they will not respond. They also charge for returns and exchanges. Not how you secure a repeat customer.

Not good for a big head!

As most are most hats go, it doesn't fit big heads. Quality is on point! Sad that it didn't fit.
