I ordered the shadow real tree hat the sixth. It was confirmed on the seventh and never showed up. The tracking number says printing shipping label shipping label was printed and then I reached out and said why haven’t I gotten it? It’s been almost a month. It’s only supposed to take 7 to 9 business days and your company reached out and stated that it’s currently out of stock and they will reach back out to me when they figure out what they’re going to do whether that be a refund or I would like the hat, but at this point, I’ll just take the refund to keep it pushing.

Comfortable to wear. Made well. Only wore it once so far so we will see if it holds it I think it will. 4 stars due to the price. I got it on sale for $33 which is solid but the original price of $50 is too much for any hat. Shipping was quick but not free. Definitely want to try the shorts out next.
